Our runoff this year has been gradule so far- that is great for fishing!
The only section that is blown out now is the Chester to Fun Farm section, I would not fish it now.
Below the dam, Vernon to Chester is fishing great right now with salmon flies in the air now. You want to use a big size 2-4 as an indicator and drop off a small beadhead of some sort. Also, streamers in brown, black, and olive are catching fish.
