Thanks to Miller Drift Boat Rentals in Ashton, Idaho for the opportunity to row one of their Hyde Drift Boats on the Teton River's Dam to Newdale section. We fished mainly hopper patterns, which were not that productive, probably due to overcast skies and cooler temperatures. Since the anglers in our boat were beginners, we stuck with a big terrestrial to make things easier, which finally paid off when we boated one fish. Other anglers reported a slow start to the day, but were seen catching nice Teton Cutties on a Parachute Adams.
