Despite the rising flows on most of our other rivers, the warm river has been fishing great. With the warmer weather, fish have moved into their normal holding spots so look for riffles and flats. Fish have been up on caddis. If you can't find any fish rising, nymph with a rubber legs or one of your standard nymphs (hare's ear, pheasant tail, prince nymph) and drop a midge off of it. Probably your best bet for catching fish right now with all the other rivers running so high.

Use hoppers, caddis, and attractor patterns. Stop and feed the fish at the fish observation area on your way. It's a real hit with the kids.

It's a good time to fish small streams like Warm River and Robinson creek, any attractor pattern, ants, beatles, and hoppers will work.

It's fishing well, try caddis, pmd's, and whatever else you see. A good place to take kids as well. Try an elk hair caddis with a size 16 dropper 8 to 12 inches from the dry. Stop and feed the fish at the fish observation area just outside of Ashton on the Warm River, there's some huge ones in...
