No pun intended. Fish are actually "ON" the hook almost every other cast. Use salmon flies with black rubber leg droppers in size 4-6. Fish were keying in on black rubberlegs mostly, but a fair amount were striking the surface. Nice cutthroats and rainbows have been caught.
