Fishing will continue top become a tougher with the rising flows due to all the rain and runoff. The lower river is running very high right now because of all the water coming out of the teton river and the falls river. Look for fish rising in slower pools where the runoff will not affect them as much. Look for Caddis, BWO's and Midges to be on the water. If the water will stabalize for a couple of days the fish should be all over the caddis hatches that have been happening. If nothing is happening on top try throwing a rubber legs with a dropper of one of your standard nymph patterns (Hare's ear, Pheasant tail, Prince nymph). Flows are up to 3860 CFS and rising.
