Fall is officially here. It’s been a hot dry summer. With the arrival of the Autumnal Equinox last Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 8:21am MDT the clouds came, followed by rain with some of the most epic fishing of the year.
September is here and finally some cooler temps and also a little rain! I am hopeful that we see more moisture this week and the temps will stay on the cooler side. Come into the shop and take advantage of our end of the season inventory blow out!
Well so far August has been amazing! We are seeing clouds in the sky and temps have cooled a bit. The hopper fishing has been amazing! School is about to start again and things in Island Park will start to slow down. It’s a great time of the year to be on the river.
August is almost upon us, I am not sure what happened to May, June and July. The days are getting shorter and before you know it the snow will be flying again. We have had some amazing fishing this year and in my opinion the best is still ahead of us.
